Lifetime Membership Policy
- Definition of “Lifetime”
Uncommon Education, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company”) may offer certain products or subscription levels with a “Lifetime” membership. “Lifetime” is defined as the duration for which the Company remains in business. This means that you will have access to the specific course content, updates, and community resources you purchased for as long as our company operates.
Please note that if the Company ceases operations or otherwise stops conducting business in the ordinary course, the lifetime membership and all associated access will be terminated without any right to a refund or other recourse.
- Discontinuation of Product
The Lifetime membership applies only to the specific product you purchased. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or course at its sole discretion. If the specific product associated with your Lifetime membership is discontinued, the Company is under no obligation to provide you with access to a different or replacement product. The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer access to a comparable product as a courtesy, but this is not guaranteed.
- Change of Control
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the Company’s assets to a third party (a “Change of Control”), your Lifetime membership may not be honored by the successor entity. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to require the successor entity assume its obligations under this policy, but makes no guarantee that it will do so. If the successor entity does not assume the obligations, your Lifetime membership may be terminated.
- General Terms
A Lifetime membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. By purchasing a Lifetime membership, you acknowledge that this policy was made available to you at the time of purchase and that you have read, understood, and agreed to its terms.
